Banbury combines an established market town centre with newer residential growth around areas like Bankside and Southam Road, so we see a real mix of jobs here — straightforward retrofits into older brick terraces and semis, alongside newer-build homes where it's worth checking any developer warranty conditions on external wall fixings before booking. Ground-mounted outdoor unit placement is usually a simple way round that if needed.
Banbury's position just off the M40 also means we regularly combine visits here with jobs in Bicester and further into Oxfordshire.
