Is my room suitable?

The offer is for a single room that suits a 2.5kW unit — typically a bedroom, home office, nursery or small living room up to about 16 m² of floor space — where the outdoor unit can go on the other side of the same wall as the indoor unit. That keeps the pipe run short and direct, which is why we can offer this price.

Heating as well as cooling

Every system we fit is a reversible air-to-air heat pump. In winter it warms the room in minutes for around 18p an hour at full output — roughly a third of the cost of a plug-in heater giving the same heat. In summer the same unit keeps the room cool. See air to air heat pumps for more.

2. Free survey — we confirm the position, pipe run and power supply before anything is booked.
3. Accept and pay a 50% deposit to lock in the offer price.
4. Installation — a straightforward back-to-back install is usually done in a day.

• Excludes scaffolding or access equipment, trunking, structural work and work on listed buildings.
• 0% VAT applies to qualifying residential installations under HMRC's energy-saving materials relief (until 31 March 2027); VAT treatment is confirmed on your written quote.
• Eligibility is confirmed at the free, no-obligation survey. Installations that don't qualify are quoted at our standard prices (single rooms from £1,450).

What does the £1,195 offer include?

What counts as a back-to-back installation?

The outdoor unit goes on the other side of the same wall as the indoor unit, so the pipe run between them is short and direct, up to 5 metres, with no need for a condensate pump.

What if my installation isn't back-to-back?

You can still have it done. It's priced at our standard rates, with single rooms from £1,450, and the instant quote shows the price for your room.

What if I need a dedicated power supply?

A simple outdoor power connection is included in the offer. If your property needs a dedicated circuit or a longer cable run, that's priced separately and we'll tell you the cost at the free survey before anything is booked.

Does the offer include 0% VAT?

Yes. Qualifying residential installations currently benefit from 0% VAT until 31 March 2027, and the £1,195 price already reflects that. We confirm VAT treatment on your written quote.
